Lower Hermitage, Pieta statue.

Near the border, at the first intersection of the city, there is a nicely landscaped place with a Pieta statue. Very nice work. I learn from the information panel that it is a Baroque piece from 1748. The sculptor is unknown. It is possible that it is also the oldest sacral monument of the city. It is certain that the statue is the only stone monument that is entered in the central list of monuments of the Czech Republic. The space in front of the statue is paved…
