The castle is an important monument of the town of Dolní Kounice in Brno in the South Moravian Region. The castle stands on Návrší above the right bank of the river Jihlava. The grounds of the castle consist of an ante-castle enclosed by walls and its own four-winged, two-story castle building. The object is not accessible to the public.
