Girl - Blatec pond

The Blatec pond can be found in close proximity to the South Bohemian village of Dívčice and is classified among the elements of the pond system of the Vodňan Basin and among the so-called České Budějovice ponds. And as is already a good practice in this region, the Blatec pond mainly fulfills a breeding function, i.e. that they are used for the production of freshwater fish, especially carp. It is therefore understandable that an event called Pond Harvesting is always organized here at the beginning of November...
