Cvrčovick dam

It is considered one of the most beautiful and impressive dams in Moravia. It is located on the river Jihlava at its 18,4 km, about 2 km north of the center of Pohořelice. The length of the overflow edge is a respectable 94 m. The drop (level difference) reaches 4 m. The immovable weir body is made up of a system of concrete chambers filled with stones and gravel.
