The castle is an important monument of the village of Chyše in Karlovy Vary. The castle is a massive four-winged building with two polygonal towers. There are arcades in the eastern castle wing. On the ground floor, a room with a barrel vault has been preserved, with stucco decoration and a ceiling painting by P. Brandl from 1708. The castle has a permanent exhibition of Karel Čapek, who worked as an educator at the castle in 1917.
