Buková hora (683 m above sea level) is a basalt dominant of the Verneřický středohoří. Beech trees and rare flora are found on the slopes. At the top, the imposing landmark of the region rises to the sky – the Buková hora transmitter, which, with its height of 223 m, is the highest concrete structure in the Czech Republic. A few tens of meters from the transmitter is Humboldtova Vyhlídka with wonderful views of the Elbe canyon and the peaks of the Český středohoří.…
