The former baroque building of the former town hall, which is now the Town Hall Cellar, dates from 1767 – 1769. It is the next oldest surviving building in Litvínov. It was once an orphanage during the time of Count Emanuel Philibert of Valdštejn. It is now listed in the state list of monuments.
