Brno-Zlutý kopec - Heligoland rock
An interesting rock outcrop rises like an island in the sea on the southern edge of the residential Masaryk quarter behind the circular Vaňový náměstí. It got its name from an island of a very similar shape, which lies in the North Sea not far from Hamburg. The outcrop is made up of Lower to Middle Devonian siliciclastic sediments.
