Brno - monument to Viktor Kaplan

It is located on the corner of Údolní and Úvoz streets in front of the Technical University building. Viktor Kaplan (1876 - 1934) was a professor here at the department of theory and construction of water engines, where he mainly dealt with turbines. He worked in Brno for a total of 28 years.
