This important building on Burešová street was built in 1932 according to the project of Emil Králík, when the General Pension Institute started operating here. Since the 60s, the secretariat of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Czech Republic has been located here, for whose needs extensive reconstruction of the building and addition of the mansard floor was carried out in 1986.
