Borek is a small village (42 permanent residents), located about 1.5 km south of Zahrádek u Česká Lípa, where it also properly belongs. From Zahrádek, we can get to Borek along the purpose-built road leading around the church of St. Barbory or from road I./9 connecting Zahrádky with Jestřebí.
