In Bludov, right next to the church of St. Jiří is a very inconspicuous house with an entrance on the other side of the main road, where JUDr. was born on July 4, 7. Cyril Kotrlý and then died on October 1903, 26 in Canada - in exile). He was the founder of the first scout troop in Bludov.
