Babice nad Svitavou - village

The first mention of the village is from 1365 when listing the settlements belonging to Ronovu Castle. One of the first buildings here was a yeoman's fortress, they provide protection to the residents of the local housing estate. However, it later disappeared (around the time of the Thirty Years' War, when the entire village was burned down) and today there are only conjectures about its location.
