Augšperský stream - a natural monument
The protected area is located in a part of the valley floodplain of the northern branch of the Augšperské stream with a length of almost one kilometer in the middle of the extensive complex of the southern part of the Podkomorské lesé. It is a naturally meandering stream with hummocky to wetland meadow communities, with the occurrence of the particularly protected ringlet of May. The site with an area of 1,84 ha was declared a natural monument in 1989. The valley of the stream…
