Albrechtice can be found south of Týniště n/Orlicí near the confluence of Tichá and Divoká Orlice. The first written report about the village comes from the verse chronicle of Dalimil, which describes the battle of the knight Mutiná Skuhrovský with the Germans at Albrechtice in 1279. Albrechtice belonged to the property of the royal crown from its inception and during the reign of King Karl IV. (1346 - 1378) were elevated to a small town. A wooden castle was built here…
