1) There are many roads leading to Kamýk n/Vltavou, but the most famous one is from Prague along the R4, which ends at the village of Dubenec, drive for a while and then turn left at the intersection and it will direct you directly to Kamýk n/Vltavou and to a path that leads to castle.
And those driving from the opposite direction will turn right at the intersection. 
2) The next route is from, via Sedlčany/y along main road No. 18 via Dublovice,...
