Zlaté Hory, City Museum on the square

The Municipal Museum in Zlaté Hory is located on the square near the Municipal Office in the building of the old post office from 1698. This building is a protected monument.
On the ground floor you will see a commemorative plaque in honor of the visit of Emperor Joseph II. He spent the night in Zuckmantel, as the city was called during his reign, with his company of generals.
