It is made up of coarse-grained orthogneisses and was formed in the older Quaternary by frost weathering of the surrounding less resistant rocks. The rock blocks here are up to 10 meters high. We can also find rock fissures and caves here. The place was once inhabited, the remains of ramparts and ditches of an ancient Slavic fortress can be seen in the surroundings.
