Židlochovice - castle
The castle is located on the western edge of the city. It belongs to the best-preserved hunting castles in Europe. Behind it lies a valuable park, which also serves as a nature reserve, in which a large herd of fallow deer is kept. It is currently owned by the Forests of the Czech Republic, where the Forestry Administration is based, which manages the forests of the entire Lednice-Valtice area and parts of Brno, Slovácko and Podyjí.
