The forgotten hero of Žatec.

The memorial plaque on the house in Nákladní Street commemorates one of Žatec's heroes - Captain Karel Sabel. In 1939, Karel Sabela fled through Poland and France to England, where he joined the Czechoslovak armored brigade. In 1944-45 he took part in the fighting in France.
