The forgotten Neuberk

In the past, the Aš promontory was one of the most heavily guarded places in the Czech Republic. The reason was clear. This is a region that is surrounded on all sides by Germany. This fact attracted refugees from communist Czechoslovakia to cross the border to West Germany right here. Today, this area has already fully opened to tourists, who have begun to seek it out in abundance.
