If we look at the indicative sketch of the stable cadastre from 1840 by the adjunct of the 2nd class Anton Czerny and the surveyor of the 4th class Karl Hartl (see https://ags.cuzk.cz/archiv/openmap.html?typ=skicic&idrastru=HRA370018400), so we can see that the original needle semi-trailer looked completely different than it does today.
