Veselíčko Castle

The fortress on the same site was probably built in the middle of the 16th century under the lords of Bobolusk. In 1573, the Podstatští zPrusinovic acquired the fortress, and they owned it until 1945. In 1768-1769, a late Baroque castle with a large park was built on the site of the fortress by the architect Thaler from Fulne. After the Battle of Slavkov, a field hospital was established in the castle in 1805, where the wounded of the Napoleonic Wars were taken...
