Velké Březno Castle

The castle is located in the village of Velké Březno, located 8 km east of the center of Ústí nad Labem. It was built in the years 1843–45 for the highest Burgrave of the Czech Kingdom, Count Karel Chotek, in the style of the late Austrian Empire. It was then rebuilt in the Romantic Neo-Renaissance style. Žofie Chotková, the granddaughter of the founder of the castle, also lived in the castle.
