Račice Castle
The predecessor of the castle in Račice was a castle, from which ditches and embankments are still visible. It was the seat of the robber knight Friduš z Lindava, and therefore in the early summer of 1312, King John sent an army to besiege the castle, which was considered the strongest among the other fortresses of Fridrich z Lindava. The castle was so strong that it gave its defenders free access and entry even in front of the eyes of all its besiegers, and she did not damage it...
