An interesting feature in the castle park Bzenec, an ancient linden tree

The adjacent English park near the castle in Bzenec can boast of its Memorial Tree - an ancient linden, over 500 years old. It was the most powerful linden in our country. The trunk was overturned by a strong wind sometime in the 18th century and split into nine parts, so supports had to be placed around it.
