Garden of Reconciliation
The Garden of Reconciliation in the horticultural area on the outskirts of Pilsen was founded by Col. Luboš Hruška after he returned from an eleven-year prison sentence. In 1949 he was sentenced to 18 years in prison. In prison, he decided that if he survived all the hardships, he would turn the orchard into a Memorial to the Victims of Evil.
