A mystery in Český Krumlov

When I was in Český Krumlov this Saturday and I was walking along the street called Latrán, of course I stopped in front of that shop. It was clear to me that it would probably be closed, but what if. You can't give it to a person.
 
Well, maybe it won't even be such a mystery to some of you. And that would be very good news for me. I have been puzzling and trying to get to the bottom of the matter. But I still only have the sign in front of me...
