From Mělník around the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava to Hořínské zdymadl.

From the vantage point at the Mělnice castle, I watch the confluence of the Elbe and the Vltava river, and in the distance on the Vltava river, I am interested in the historic lock. And so I decide for a pleasant walk around the water. Following the yellow hiking trail I descend to the old bridge and follow the Elbe to the confluence of the two rivers and then along the canal to the nearby lock.
