The chapel, which is easy to overlook, can be found at a bend in the road from Chřibská to Jetřichovice. It is carved in the rock between the river and the road. In the surroundings there is a meadow, a river and a larger rock formation. The chapel was carved in 1697 by Jiří Ferdinand Weidlich from Rýnartice.
