We took the train to the station Švihov u Klatov and went for a walk in the eastern direction. We visited the villages of Kamýk and Vosí, which lie below the forest complex, the highest peak of which is Ošupaná with its 561 meters above sea level. Kamýk and Vosí (together with the village of Těšnice) surround the forest in a horseshoe shape and form a separate closed world, which modern times have kind of forgotten about.
