Vřesník – the lowest peak of the Trojhora

Together with Dlouhý stráně and Mravenečník, Vřesník is part of the massif, which seems to form an advanced defense of the main ridge of Hrubé Jeseník from the south. Alternatively, one could say that the massif creates an axis around which the entire ridge rotates.
