Votice - Chapel of St. Vojtěch
In the seventeenth century, the plague raged through Bohemia. Votics, however, were spared. The local Count Ferdinand František from Vrtba prevented local people from interacting with the surrounding villages in time. And as a sign of thanks for protection from this calamity, he had a chapel built sometime around 1680. Since then, pilgrimages have been held here every year (in April).
