Vlkov (Děkov, RA district)
Vlkov is a local part of the village of Děkov and lies about 2 km northeast of it. Otherwise, it is roughly 20 km from Rakovník in the north of Rakovník district. It also belongs to the Protected Landscape Area of Džbán.
The origin of Vlkov can probably be classified in the period of Slavic settlement even before the 10th century. It is one of the oldest villages in Rakovnica, similar to Kolešovice, Šmikousy, Hořovičky, Pšovlky, Švihov, Tlesky and Otěvěky.
