Vlašim - a park with a fish crossing

 In the Blanice valley, a castle park was built in a romantic spirit from the 18th century. The Vlašim Gate was built in 1846 in the Neo-Gothic style. Above its entrance there are thirteen coats of arms of the lords of Vlašimi and a large coat of arms of the Auersperg family. The gate forms the main entrance to the castle and park. Both the park and the castle are open to the public, including a possible view from the castle tower.
