"We liked the idea. Back in 2000, when we studied, the range of sparkling Moravian wines was very limited. With them, we could differentiate ourselves and fill a hole in the market," explains winemaker Martin Prokeš as he unlocks a parish cellar from the 17th century in Velké Němčice, next to the local church.
