Paulus Winery is a small family winery located in Pavlov. It produces limited batches of wines in which it tries to make the specifics of the Pálava terroir stand out as much as possible. It is always about a careful approach to production, from the very beginning in the vineyards (targeted reduction and selection of the best grapes), to gentle processing of the must and other work in the cellar.
