Vinařická hora, Kladno region

Vinařická hora is a remnant of an ancient volcano. Together with Slánská hora, they are sometimes referred to as the southernmost spurs of the Bohemian Central Mountains. The place is a protected natural monument. Excavation of stone in the former quarries revealed alternating layers of volcanic material. The flora here is also interesting.
