Villa of Edaurd and Béla Valšík from the Ordinac in the Růzová garden

The real name of the building is Vila Kouřimka, the author is the architect Josef Fanta (1856-1954). The villa was created in 1910 and built by the builder Josed Koch. The building is built in the style of geometric art nouveau and unplastered marl was used as a material in combination with red bricks. The villa is located almost in the center of the city, in the place where the spa colonnade is crossed by Pionýrů Street.
