The village of Prysk
Prysk is an elongated, mainly recreational village, located in the valley of the Pryské brook north of Kamenické Šenov. The more western Dolní Prysk is first mentioned in 1382, the more eastern Horní Prysk is only mentioned in 1515. The name of the village is derived from the old name of the spring (gurgling or gushing water). Today, the western settlement of Vesnička, which was founded around 1850 on the land of a landowner, also belongs to Prysk...
