Veselí nad Moravou - castle complex
The Veselsky one-story, four-winged castle with decorative corner turrets is located on the edge of a large park and is separated from the city center by several branches of the Morava River. Originally, a water castle with a massive round tower stood here, which King Přemysl Otakar II had built here as a border fortress at the time (together with neighboring Strážnice and Uherský Ostroh).
