"Velmez" - Jelín's villa
The predecessor of today's building was the so-called Malostránský, Buchtův or Jarolímkův mill, which stood here from the end of the 16th century until 1904. Then it was bought by the local owner of the tannery factory Karel Jelínek, he had the mill demolished and a nice residential villa was built in its place in a historicist style , supplemented by a small hydroelectric power station.
