Velké Popovice - Church of Our Lady of the Snows

The Parish Church of Our Lady of the Snows used to be very small. The original church now forms a presbytery. It was expanded at the end of the 17th century. It was expanded once more in 1897, when the original facade was demolished and the original very decorative shield was destroyed, and the church was extended and also renovated inside. The original shield was replaced by a more sober volute.
