Velichov - fortress

Reviews

Based 0 assessment.
It is the older of the two Velichov fortresses (the younger one is in the foundations of the castle). The fortress is located at the southern end of the village, behind the forest administration building. It was probably created only after 1336, when it became part of the Manx system of Haunstein Castle. the first named mans in 1359 are the brothers Oldřich and Erhard from Rugeheusenstein.
