Above the left bank of the Elbe River, 5 km before Ústí nad Labem, rises the massive wooded massif of Vaňovského vrch. It is one of the important hills of the so-called Litoměřické středohoří. Its slope falls sharply towards the Ústí district of Vaňov. Two 35-meter-high rock towers called the Lovers rise on the slope.
