Hernych's villa, built here in 1906-07, is located in the city center, not far from the historic Peace Square. The lookout is a separate part of the villa tour. The lookout point is accessed by a side staircase, where sixty tribal matches must first be climbed from the ticket office. Then you have to climb another forty-two wooden steps to the highest point of the lookout in the tower. You can see through the windows…
