Týn nad Bečvou - statue of St. John of Nepomuk

The oldest mention of the village in the annals dates from 1447, when it was owned by the Helfštýna lords. Today, it is an independent village with around 830 inhabitants. The most important sacred monument in Týn nad Bečvou is the church of the Name of the Virgin Mary, the construction of which was completed in 1733.
The second oldest monument in the village is the statue of St. John of Nepomuk, dated 1778, which was removed from its original place...
