In 1352, a certain Heliáš, owner of the Tuchoměřice estate, leased the Choteč forest for himself and his wife Markéta from the monastery in Plasy, where he established a court. Then Paul and John are remembered here. Later, the estate was owned by several Prague townspeople. In 1407, the owner was Čeněk from Valdštejn, who insured the estate for the dowry of his wife Eliška from Obříství. But already in 1410, Tuchoměřice sold to Habart...
