Třebíč - Borovinský railway bridge

This dominant railway bridge on the single-track line 240 Brno-Jihlava spans the entire Libušina valley, with the Starečský potok and Koželužská Street flowing below it.
The bridge was built from June 1885 and completed in April 1886. With a length of 160 m and a height of 42,5 m from the bottom of the valley to the tracks of the line, it is the most massive railway bridge on this line. The original old truss bridge was built by Italians from Lombardy…
