Tovačovské ponds
Tovačov, a small town in the Přerov district, could not reach Prostějov or Olomouc.
By car or bus, we park or get off at the guesthouse near the castle and we can go explore the ponds. The Tovačovská ponds form a system of Hradecký, Křenovský and Zámecký Kolečko ponds. The Tovačovská lakes are gravel pits, today four bodies of water with a total area of 328 ha. see map:
